Many retirement developments, blocks of flats and property management companies prohibit residents from having their own individual satellite dish, but the cost of installing a communal satellite Digital system to serve the whole development can be very expensive, especially if only a few residents actually require the service.

If you would like satellite television but live in a development where there is no provision for satellite TV and your lease prohibits individual satellite dishes, then we have the answer.

Elecomms will install the main communal Digital satellite system free, on any development, even if only one resident would like it.

Sky Residents Wanting Sky Digital

Pay a one off installation charge to have their apartment connected to the communal Sky system
Pay a small annual line rental for their connection to the system
Subscribe to Sky monthly for the programmes that they require
All new Sky subscribers receive a free Sky+HD Digibox under Sky’s current terms and conditions
Existing Sky customers moving in to a development will have their Sky equipment re-instated at their new address

Sky+HD

Residents can also have the new Sky +HD system and be able to both watch and record at the same time installed by us for an additional cost. This latest ‘state of the art’ system enables you to record Sky programmes without the use of video tapes or DVD's. You can pause and even rewind live television! it is incredibly easy to use (unlike standard video/DVD recorders!) and makes the maximum use of Sky.

FreeSat & FreeSat+HD- The No Subscription Option

Residents not wishing to subscribe can, for a one-off cost, have a box and card to access over 120 TV channels and 80 radio channels
They can enjoy access to all BBC and ITV Digital channels and also Channel 5
Have access to BBC iPlayer & ITV Player (requires a Broadband Connection)
Residents can upgrade to Sky Digital at a later date for even more choice
Coverage is over 98% of the country, even where standard Freeview is currently unavailable
