independent retailers and so we are able to supply & install
the full range of Sky digital equipment and services, whether you want new box
and contract or you just want to upgrade or add to your existing system. All our customers will receive the best Quality Digibox Available at the time of installation (all boxes are new direct from the factory via a Sky approved wholesaler and we do not use refurbished units). The Cost of Installation is confirmed at site survey or by written quotation, we specialise in non standard or special requirements such as listed buildings, hotels, chimney & roof mounted installations or discreet positioning .We do not mount on front walls at 10 ft. height as undertaken by most of the Sky Installers. We take great care to ensure the mini dish is located in the most ideal location and blends in with the house as much as possible, because we are fully insured andqualified to safety work at heights as mandated by the Heath and Safety Executive and the CAI we are able to operate at height on chimneys & roofs and carry all necessary wall ladders & roof ladders and HSE equipment. All our installations utilise the best of materials , cabling is fully clipped where ever possible and routed behind drain pipes etc to look tidy , holes are drilled in wall (up to 1 meter thickness) and not wooden window frames with all holes sealed with either a plastic bung silicone rubber as required. Specialist buildings / thatched roofs / listed buildings / buildings being constructed or converted etc. are all welcome , we take time to ensure the customer is happy with the operation of the equipment and all immediate associated video & TV are set up correctly. (Multiple TV's distributed throughout house will require extra work and may incur extra charges.) The latest Swires Spectrum Analyser's are used to ensure perfect alignment of the dish (few if any of the basic Sky vans or other aerial contractors carry this level of sophistication of equipment) Finally if a system breaks down or a dish is blown out with storms, etc we do not close at 5 pm on a night or not work weekends but are flexible to give the best in customer backup where we can. We operate a supply, installation & repair service of Sky satellite TV supplying only the highest quality components and electronics. All equipment & installations supplied by us carries 12 months standard warranty in accordance with our suppliers & CAI guidelines. All satellite cable used is WF100 foam standard with double screen and CAI Benchmarked for quality. For certain installations we may suggest use of lightning & surge protection which is available to ensure extra protection against electrical storm damage. Astra Hotbird We supply & install Astra and Eutelsat Hotbird satellite systems Each proposed Satellite installation has a site survey and consultation with the customer to establish the best location, fixing points and cable routings for the new array, at this point of this process we also where appropriate use a Spectrum Analyser to confirm the dish location and look at any other personal requirements that may be required prior to supplying a written quotation. Due to the footprints we recommend a high quality 55 to 120cm dish depending on the programs you wish to receive from the satellite and the area of the country you live in. Motorized Satellite
