The Service We Offer:
Whether you are renovating existing property or building a brand new one, Elecomms is an ideal partner to help you navigate the complex world of Smart home Systems; we can work with your electrician's to specify which cables must be run at first fix to meet your needs. Final termination will be performed by our installation engineers. We can make your ideas a reality!

These can include:

• Telephone Distribution Systems - This can range from simply providing a telephone point in each room, to room to room calling , to a telephone system which will allow you to have multiple lines coming into the building. These systems can also be integrated into door entry for security purposes.

• Television Distribution Systems - Our systems can provide an integrated, interlinked TV system which can incorporate every room in the building!

 
• Computer Distribution System - This allows multiple computers within a house or local network to communicate with each other, via a wired or wireless network, and share resources. Additionally, a single connection to the Internet over ISDN or Broadband can be accessed transparently by any computer in the house or on the network.

 • Audio Distributing System - Have music in every room of the premises! Volume levels can be individually controlled in each room and more sophisticated systems can allow different music to be played in different rooms at the same time.

• Infra Red Control System - This infra red remote control system allows your  audio or video equipment to be remotely operated. This eliminates the need for equipment (such as Sky receivers, DVD player)to be on display.

• CCTV Distribution System - Access your CCTV cameras  from any television in the house. Multiple cameras can be fed into a single  system to cover all areas of your property.

We offer a full design and specification service. To keep the cost as low as possible, we can work with your electrician to specify which cables must be run at first fix to meet your needs. Final termination would normally be performed by our accredited Installation engineers.

• Carry out all repairs and replacements necessary to a television and satellite distribution system at no further cost to the client

• Carry out two annual inspections to ensure the system is performing at its optimum level at all times

• We will recommend any upgrades that the system may require.

• Issue a Communal TV & Satellite system test report once a year to prove the system is in good working order and maintaining its integrity throughout.

• Recommend and advise on any HSE or CAI legislation not already implemented that would need to be addressed so as to adhere to any new Health and Safety Regulations.

• Carry out a visual check of any earth bonded TV & Satellite equipment and report as necessary.

This is a very popular scheme which allows Management Companies to know the upfront cost of maintaining the TV & Satellite system while providing a backup & support mechanism in the event of a failure by budgeting for work in their annual expenditure, without the potential of large, unknown repair bills.
